Kurji Varsani – Chairman

Kurji keeps Fourways on track and controls the standards required in today's market place, having a grip on attention to detail. Dealing with daily challenges and trouble shooting. His quick thinking enables fast turn around of sticky situation. Being one of the Founder Members of the company and has dedicated his time and experience over the last 25 years. Having back ground in carpentry and joinery enables him to foresee and visualise the finished product at the setting out stage.

Pradeep Varma – Head Air condition Div.

Pradeep is responsible for the Company's Research and Development and also Heads Air conditioning Division. Room Temperature Ltd. This enables Fourways to Maintain in house Mechanical Activities and enhances speed for fast track projects. Being qualified as M.Sc. In Physics & Diploma in Mgmt Studies with around 20 Years working Experience for LG, Sanyo, Daikin, Hitachi, Mitsubishi , means he can also design Air conditioning / Heating needs for any working environment.

Yogesh Patel – Project Manager

Yogesh has been associated with the construction industry for past 30 years, brings Fourways a wealth of knowledge in key avenues of products, costs, sub contractors, logistics, programming and cost control. His professional approach to prepare Tender Documents, Valuation and Statutory Documents + Health & Safety statements help keep the contract dates without delay. He is responsible for the duration of project, achieving financial target, maintaining strict budgetary controls. Ensuring the standards are met on site. He brings professional commitments to achieve project objective.
