The brief:

This project is a complete entity comprising of all Services which have been carried out in the time frame and Budget required by the client.

The Operation:

The entire shell required various areas demolished, break through Mezzanine Floors and specialist Services. 10 Weeks were allocated for the completion of project which was offered by the client. Within 4 weeks of being on the site, the entire shell was transformed into visual outline of the works. The client could see for the first time what the premises would look like. Up until then, it was difficult to visualise what the architect & his professional thinking had in his mind for the appearance of this site, with the details & finishes. To overcome the site conditions without compromising with the Quality, long weekly site meetings were held.

Although the progress of the site was speedy, few of the original aspects according to architects view point were redesigned and implemented at a stage at the appropriate time during the progress of the project.
