We have been awarded a Gold BenchmacQ Award for Customer Satisfaction achieved. This was based on the result of a BenchmarQ Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in July 2006. Our overall Customer satisfaction has increased since our previous survey in July 2005, where we have achieved 73% and were with SILVER BenchmacQ Award.

Q.1. How efficient are Fourways at responding to your enquires?

A.1. “ They are every efficient. I sent a Fax the other day and they did ring me back straightway”. (Anonymous Customer 1)

“That is difficult to say, because I have not asked them to reply too many things. If we wanted something, we have just gone straight to the catalogue, got the information from that and then taken it from there”. (Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust).

A. 4. “ The Council always has to tender and they have to take the lowest price. Fourways Supplies Ltd. has been the lowest in the last two terms. If they were doing badly, they would not have got asked”. (Wandsworth Council).

“We are a Maintenance Firm, so we do always have to try and get value for money. We do ask around quite often, and they always seem very competitive” . (Anonymous Customer 1).

A. 9. “ They have to be good to win the jobs. All our big jobs are done as Contracts, where they tender for an unknown quantity of work”. (Wandsworth Council).

I do not think they are much difference in terms of pricing. They are not expensive and they are no cheap”.(Anonymous Customer 2).

“Overall they are fine, we sometimes have small problems with the Staff and Quality, but we get there in the end. I know that is awkward though, as a lot of people use sub – Contractors these days, so you are stuck with what you get”. (Wandsworth Council).
